Windshield repair is a multistep process in which the damaged area is cleaned, repair resin injected and cured, and the repaired surface buffed.

How long does a repair take?

Windshield repairs are typically completed in about 1/2 hour. You will be able to drive your car immediately after the repair is completed.

What kind of damage can be repaired?

Cracks, chips, and breaks may be repair subject to the following conditions:
1. The damaged area must be smaller than a dollar bill.
2. The damage must not be in the driver’s direct line of vision.
3. The damage should be confined to the top layer of glass only.

Will I be able to see the repair?

In many cases it is not possible to completely eliminate the visible effects of windshield damage. Repair is intended to restore the structural strength and integrity of the glass and prevent spreading of the damage. We cannot guarantee that the repair will be invisible in all cases.

In many cases your insurance company will waive the deductible if you elect to repair rather than replace your windshield, resulting in no cost to you. What if the repair fails and the damage spreads later?

We guarantee that our repair will last as long as you own the vehicle. If the repair fails to stop the spread of damage we will credit the full cost of the repair toward the cost of a replacement windshield.
