Can I depend on your technicians to do a good job on my repair or replacement?

We use only OEM quality glass, certified to meet or exceed all applicable state, federal, and industry standards.
 
 

Do I need to bring my vehicle to your shop?

 
No, we will come to you and perform your replacement at your home or place of business.
 
 

How long after the replacement must I wait before driving my car?

 
In general you should wait an hour after replacement is completed. The adhesives will be fully cured and reach maximum strength in 24 to 48 hours. Your technician will advise you of any additional requirements.
 
 

Will I need to wait with my car?

 
No, the technician can complete the work while you go about your business. We only require that the vehicle be accessible and unlocked.
 
 

Can you complete the replacement during inclement weather?

 
During inclement weather the vehicle will need to be under cover but have adequate working room around it. If you do not have access to covered shelter we will be happy to reschedule your job.
 
 

How long will the work take?

 
Most repairs can be done in a half hour while replacements usually take an hour or less.
 
 

Why is there blue tape on the vehicle after you complete the work?

 
The blue tape is used to secure the windshield in position during the initial cure time. It may safely be removed after 24 hours.
 
 

What hours are you open?

 
Our call center hours are from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time Monday through Saturday. We are closed Sundays and major holidays.
 
 

How may I pay for my service?

 
In addition to insurance, we accept cash, check and most major credit cards.
 
 

Do you guarantee your work?

Will you clean my vehicle when finished with your service.

 
Our technician will vacuum up and discard all broken glass and dispose of waste material used during the installation.

Can I get OEM branded glass for my replacement?

 
Our standard replacement glass is fully equivalent to OEM branded glass in every way except the branding. OEM branded glass is available at additional charge. Please check with your insurance company or agent for their coverage rules.
